The home has been fully remodeled, with all bathrooms flooring and decorations updated. Brand new appliances can be found throughout the property, coupled with bespoke handmade furnishings, decor and detailing- making this home a true ‘’one off location’’ with a nice balance of traditional and modern design. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms throughout, on its own private road. Lovely area and nice and quiet. This home is great private location to unwind and entertain.

The top floor has valued ceilings, and traditional wood cladding. The open plan lounge has floor to ceiling windows wrapping around the room, delivering a light and airy feel with lots of natural light, and great views of the bay and mountains. Smart TV, rustic leather couches and hand craft furniture, with a real wood fireplace for those cold, but cozy winter nights.

Full open plan dining and kitchen area, fully equippedwith two new fridges. Full 4 gas burner stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso & regular coffee maker. Lovely traditional wood cabinets and solid granite worktops with a full breakfast bar with seating. We supply complementary tea & Nespresso coffee for all our guests, for those early morning starts. In addition there is a tasteful 6-8 seater dining table. Great open plan space for entertaining and soaking up the mountain vistas.

The master bedroom has paramedic views out on to the bay. It has full size sliding doors leading out to the seating a decking area. Full stone gas fireplace, mounted smart TV and a beautiful ensuite, duel sink bathroom with shower and full bathtub. Adjacent full guest bedroom continues the mountain vibe, with fully clad wood celling, full queen bed and seating area to relax and unwind.

All 3 newly refurnished bath rooms are equipped with complementary body wash, conditioner, shampoo, full towel sets, makeup towels and top on the line Panasonic hair dryers. We have the Eco smart Samsung front loading washer and dryer- with complementary washing detergent supplied.

Located on the lower level- both guest rooms have full size sliding glass doors leading to there own decking area, with views of the garden, lake and mountains. There is also a full bathroom and shower for all guests staying in the lower level. Also located on the ground floor, we have a wood clad and spot light games room., with a full custom hand crafted wood bar. Couch & seating, full wireless surround sound system, wireless digital projector home cinema for all your entertainment needs.

We have a 3 tier decking area surrounding the property, amazing panoramic views of the bay, getting the sun all day long. Some mazing sunsets and sunrises to be found, and great for stargazing at night. Top deck has external wireless speakers, full size sun lounger, full dining table and BBQ. The spot light staircases lead you down to the Spa area, with full seating plus single egg chair and propane fire pit looking out on to the mountains. The 3rd deck leads you to the lower bed room areas with outside seating plus single hammock, and down to the extensive backyard area- cozy outdoor lounge area with 4 classic Adirondack chair.

Elevated and quiet location, only 7mins walk from the beautiful town of Boulder Bay Park, with a great local eatery for breakfast and lunches, also right next to the local market for all the supplies you may require on your stay, not to mention walks by the lake, local hikes and thepark and the beach area, with Kayak, and paddle board rental available. There is also a beautiful peaceful beach only 10 mins from the home for you to enjoy a spot of sunbathing, lake swimming and picnicking .

We are only a 10-15 mins drive to the town centre and ski resort. And only a 15mins walk/5 mins drive to the marina where you can rent boats and enjoy the magnificent Big Bear lake. There are far too many options to mention, but you are truly in the heart of it all with hikes, cycling, skiing and outdoor activities truly on your doorstep.

The entire property is accessible with the exclusion of the garage.

Our maximum guest occupancy is 11 (includes visitors, children and infants). The home will sleep 8-10 guests comfortably, we also have 2 additional twin sized air mattresses if needed.

Big Bear is a mountain environment. With the high altitudes and arid climates, theses may affect people differently if not acclimated. Staying hydrated is highly recommended, at all times. The weather conditions can change rapidly, especially in winter. Please always be prepared, check ahead during the winter session, and be ready for possible snow chain requirements for your vehicle, and icy road conditions. In winter you may encounter long delays and/or icy roads, which can be impassable for some vehicles. 4WD recommended in snow conditions.
