RENTAL POLICY

BIG BEAR LAKE CITY RULES:

1. Maximum occupancy is 9 people.

2. Maximum number of parked vehicles is 3.

3. Quiet hours are from 10pm -7am.

4. No outdoor wood fires or fireworks are permitted.

5. No parties allowed.

TERMS & HOUSE RULES:

1. Quiet time is between 10pm and 7am in Big Bear. Please be mindful and considerate at all times during your stay.

2. Any reservation alternative request within 14 days of the original booking date(s) will not be approved. We will only allow a one time alternative date change by guest, this will be subject to availability and can not be guaranteed. For any complete booking cancellations, please see our cancellation policy for more details.

3. Weather-related cancellations are not eligible for refunds unless all three routes to Big Bear are closed within 1 hour of check-in Time.

4. Smoking indoors is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of security deposit.

5. Fires are only allowed in the fireplace. Never use lighter fluid or leave unattended. Please use fireplace screen at all times.

6. Any animals or pets brought to the property without permission will subject to the extra cleaning fee and a fine.

7. Primary guest will be billed for any excessive damages or missing items at the current replacement cost and/or repair, house rules violation(s) could also incur additional charges.

8. Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities and are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
